Holistic and Restorative Trauma Healing

Restoration is our birthright.

Mental health and wellness involves having a deep therapeutic relationship with the healing and the supporter. Rising Self Wellness founder, Ruth Tessema, strives to guide clients in making realizations and choices only they are in charge of. Ruth’s foundational approach includes a person centered, trauma responsive, and holistic lense.

Ruth supports traumatized individuals restore themselves by guiding them through their journey of healing from their traumatic past while embracing the present, and creating a template of success for their future. Our mission is to support clients through the restorative healing process, to rise like a Phoenix out of the ashes of their traumatic experiences to ensure self-actualization. Restoration is our birthright.

Our vision is to create a restorative treatment plan that is capable of upholding, supporting, and maintaining recovery of our clients.
